Bt8 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Online Casino & Sports Platform Rules

To register a bt8 account and use our services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. bt8 carries out strict age verification checks and reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any account found to have been registered by an individual under 18 will be closed immediately, and all balances and winnings will be forfeited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• Personal Account: A bt8 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another individual. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

As a bt8 Member, you are solely responsible for the security of your account at all times. The following are your responsibilities and the rules governing bt8 account management:

• Password Confidentiality: You are responsible for keeping your bt8 account password confidential and must not share it with anyone, including family members. bt8 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.
• Unauthorised Use: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your password has been compromised, you must contact the bt8 support team immediately and change your password without delay.
• Identity Verification (KYC): bt8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, a recent Malaysian bank statement (no older than three months), and proof of current address.
• Updating Your Information: You must ensure that all information in your bt8 account is current and accurate at all times. Inaccurate information may result in withdrawals being delayed or your account being suspended pending verification.
• Inactive Accounts: A bt8 account that shows no login or transaction activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive. A monthly maintenance fee of RM10 may be charged on inactive accounts until the balance reaches zero or the account is closed.

Bt8 only supports financial transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR). All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method that is registered and verified in your own name. Accepted payment methods include:

Such violations may result in the forfeiture of all bonuses and termination of the account.

Bt8 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of breaching these rules and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, account termination, and forfeiture of balances and winnings if a violation is confirmed.

Bt8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While bt8 strives to deliver consistent and reliable service, there are important limitations of liability you should be aware of:

• Service Disruption: bt8 is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, third-party interference, or circumstances beyond bt8's control.
• Gaming Losses: By using the bt8 platform, you acknowledge and accept that losses are an inherent part of gambling. bt8 is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of your own gaming activity.
• Third-Party Results: bt8 is not responsible for any decisions or actions taken by third-party game software providers operating within the bt8 platform.
• Maximum Liability Cap: Under all circumstances, bt8's total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into the bt8 platform within the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

Either you as the user or bt8 as the platform operator may terminate a bt8 account under certain circumstances:

• Voluntary Closure by Member: You may request to close your bt8 account at any time by contacting the bt8 support team. Closure requests will only be processed once all active bonus wagering requirements have been met or cancelled and there are no outstanding disputes.
• Termination by bt8: bt8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account without prior notice if bt8 has reasonable grounds to believe that the member has violated any term of this Agreement or has engaged in unlawful or unethical activity.
• Balance Upon Closure: Once an account is closed at a member's request and all reviews are complete, any remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe. If an account is terminated due to a breach of terms, bt8 reserves the right to forfeit all remaining balances and unclaimed winnings.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who wish to self-exclude from the bt8 platform for responsible gambling reasons may contact the bt8 support team. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours, and any remaining balance will be returned to the member.

This section contains general and miscellaneous rules that supplement these bt8 Terms & Conditions:

• Intellectual Property Rights: All content on the bt8 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and source code — is the exclusive property of bt8 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any bt8 content for commercial purposes without bt8's prior written consent.

• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable to bt8's operations. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration or such other dispute resolution mechanism as determined by bt8.
• Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from this Agreement while all remaining provisions continue in full force and effect.
• Entire Agreement: This agreement, together with bt8's Privacy Policy, individual game rules, and applicable promotional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and bt8 regarding use of the platform, superseding all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
